Helg Drive Project
To unify the home and pavilion, we incorporated vinyl finishes and stained pine columns, creating a cohesive and elegant outdoor living area. Beneath the covered patio, an L-shaped brick kitchen was designed with enough high-end equipment to rival the home’s main kitchen. Durable granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances add both sophistication and practicality to this inviting space.
An Outdoor Extension of Home
The Helg family had a clear vision for their outdoor space, aiming to create a seamless extension of their home with both style and functionality.

Together, we designed an attached pavilion featuring beautifully stained #1 pine ceilings, a striking brick wood-burning fireplace, and a custom chandelier that serves as a stunning focal point.
A key aspect of this project was integrating new concrete with existing structures while ensuring proper water management. To achieve this, we installed a comprehensive drainage system, including catch basins, subsurface drainage, and gutters, effectively directing water away from the new structures and the swimming pool.
